The Knights are a group of entrepreneurs who are looking to help local businesses by making investments in projects that they feel are worthy.

Small business owners will be given an opportunity to pitch their investment opportunity to 4 Knights - the intention being to secure an investment in their business by 1 or more of the Knights.

The Knights will have an opportunity to question the business owners about their business, their project, their reasons for seeking an investment - in fact anything that will help the Knights to make a decision.

Once the time for questions has run out, the Knights will be asked to declare their interest. If an offer has been made, applicants will be given an opportunity to accept or decline and a provisional deal is struck.

All investments are subject to "due diligence" at the discretion of the Knights which will be completed after the Court has closed.

The application process has been made as simple as possible.
